Barry Wayne Winter, age 79; loving father and grandfather passed away on April 18, 2022. Barry is survived by his daughter Rachel (Joel) Williams and granddaughters Hannah and Lauren. Barry is preceded in death by his father, Theodore Winter, his mother Gertrude, and his brother, Alan and sister Francine.
