Donald J . Stramaglia Sr., age 84, U.S. Army Veteran, beloved husband of Sheri (nee Blouin) and the late Arlene (nee Faber); loving father of Don Jr. (Carol), Robert (Sandy), Daniel (Gina) and Michael Stramaglia and Gina (Tom) Boomsma; cherished grandfather of 18; devoted great-grandfather of 12. Member of the 16” Chicago Softball Hall of Fame. Founder of Palos Stars Junior Football League. Beloved coach of pop warner, high school, and semi-pro football teams. Proud 20 year-owner of Don’s World of Sports. Member of Knights of Columbus and Sertoma.
