Elizabeth “Liz” P. Ruback nee Brock, age 86, at rest January 2, 2023, surrounded by family. Beloved wife of 62 years of the late Allan Ruback, loving mother of Steven Ruback, Deborah (Jason) Overby, and Thomas (Jane) Ruback; devoted grandmother of Chris, Dan, Jody, Jessica (Adam), Trevor, and Chloe; dearest great-grandmother of Tori, Stephanie (Daniel), and Timothy; great-great-grandmother of Effie and Gunnar; preceded in death by her sisters Helen Heady, Bettie Kang, Edna Payne, and Rhoda Smithy; dear Aunt to many; devoted friend to all.

Liz was an avid Cubs fan, and known for her crocheting, needlepoint, and home made noodles. She made countless friends by her husband's side at The Golden Spike Train Shop in Burbank until their retirement. Always available to offer cooking tips and life advice. She will be missed by many.
