Jacquelyn Marie Kostbade (nee Gamauf),born in Chicago, 12/13/1942, beloved wife of Lawrence “Larry” Kostbade; loving mother of Regina “Gina” (Bill) Papan, Lawrence “Larry” (Chris) Kostbade, Michael “Mike” (Amy) Kostbade and Kathleen “Katie” (J.B.) Heaton; dear grandmother of Erica Papan, Michele Papan, Alyssa (Luke) LeMay, Rebecca Kostbade, Brandon Kostbade, Matthew Kostbade, Aleksander Harris, Spencer Harris, Tyler Harris, Aidan Kostbade, Isabelle Kostbade, Ainsley Heaton, William Heaton and Clare Heaton; dearest great grandmother of Evan Markland and Baby Smith (on the way); cherished daughter of the late Arthur “Art” and Marion (nee McKevitt) Gamauf; devoted sister of James “Jim” Gamauf; she was loved by her cousins, numerous nieces, nephews and so many friends!
