Minnie D. Cook, age 82, of Bridgeview IL, passed away April 21, 2021. Minnie, widow of Frank Cook, mother of Karen (Dave) Pelko, Tom (Dawn) Cook. Grandmother of Daniel (Lilia) Pelko, Robert (Laura) Pelko, Johnathan (Stephanie) Pelko, Courtney Cook and Kyle Cook. Great grandmother of Lucas, Christina, Evelyn, Nathan and Preston. Survived by sisters Lillian Duggar, Sue Hayes and Phyllis (Ronnie Duggar) and brothers Lee (Pat) Reece, Lester (Janet) Reece and many nieces, nephews and extended family. Minnie loved traveling the US with Frank and the grandkids, gardening and an occasional visit to the local bingo hall or casino. The family would like to extend their appreciation to the staff and resident ladies of Evergreen Rehab Facility, Crestview North Household 1, Oshkosh WI, for their care and compassion for our mom over the last two years. Visitation will on Sunday, April 25, 2021 from 1 to 4pm at Lawn Funeral Home, 7732 West 159th Street Orland Park IL. Final viewing and prayers at 10:00 am on Monday April 26, 2021 with graveside service and burial to follow at Bethania Cemetery, 7701 Archer Road Justice IL. Due to the current health guidelines, we are limited to 50 attendees at a time. Masks and proper social distancing are required.
